The Graphs ("we", "us", "our") operates the-graphs.com, an AI-powered soccer intelligence newspaper covering La Liga and the Premier League. DATA PROCESSOR

Email data is stored and processed by Mailchimp (The Rocket Science Group LLC), our email service provider. Mailchimp acts as a data processor on our behalf. DOUBLE OPT-IN

We use double opt-in for all subscriptions. After entering your email, you will receive a confirmation email. You must click the confirmation link before you are added to our mailing list. This ensures your consent is explicit and verifiable.

DATA RETENTION

We retain subscriber email addresses for as long as the subscription is active. Inactive subscribers (no email opens for 24 consecutive months) will be automatically removed from our list. Unsubscribed addresses are retained by Mailchimp in a suppression list to prevent re-subscription, as required by anti-spam regulations.
